The next WDBCO Board Meeting is March 30, 2022 at 8:30 AM Eastern Time (US and Canada). 

During this time we are taking measures that will facilitate a productive and secure meeting. While our Board Members and staff will meet in-person, attendees will be provided access through our virtual meeting. We appreciate your adherence to the following guidelines:

• Attendees will need to pre-register for the meeting. People who try to join with a shared link will not be admitted.

• Attendees can add the meeting to their calendar directly from the personal Zoom link.

• Attendees receive their own ZOOM link after registration, please do not share this link. 

• Adding the meeting to your calendar is recommended for easy access the morning of the meeting. Simply click the add to calendar link embedded in the meeting invite.

• Attendees will remain in listen-only mode throughout the meeting.

• Only Board members will be allowed to vote, attendees will not have voting privileges.

• Only Board members will utilize the hand raise function throughout the meeting.

• Any questions Attendees have during the meeting should be emailed to Jennifer Roy at the email listed below. Follow-up answers will be provided after the meeting.
