Employer Advantage Fund

The deadline to apply is May 14, 2021

The Workforce Development Board of Central Ohio is now offering Employer Advantage 2.0 Funding to assist Columbus/Franklin County employers with upskilling their existing workforce.

 

Eligible employers may be reimbursed up to 100% of training costs affiliated with training their existing workforce.

What are the trainings you are requesting? For which employees? Who is the training provider? And at what cost? 

STEP 3:

Write a letter to the review committee.

Please explain the benefits of the training to your organization and your employees. Will this training lead to a promotion, pay raise, growth of your organization, etc? 

 

Once you have completed the above steps, then you can submit your training log and letter to businesssolutions@wdbco.org with “Employer Advantage 2.0” in the subject line.
